I believe that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to your own fitness journey.

You will have the opportunity to hop on a call with me, not only during our monthly coaching calls, but whenever you feel you need the extra support. Ask me any and all the questions.

If I don’t know the answer to something, I’ll let you know! And do my best to either find out the answer myself, or point you in the direction of someone who does.

Every week I feel a difference, and although the gains are small, they are cumulative. It is likely, if not for the coaching, I would have just worked on stuff I was comfortable with, whereas the extra push has taken me forward into new areas, improving my strength, technique and overall health.

I’m a fitness coach because I’ve lived and breathed the same diet and exercise struggles that many of us go through.

The idea that “smaller is better” led me to garbage Pinterest diets and Instagram workouts that didn’t change the way I felt about my body.

The tipping point was when I hired an online coach who had me eating 1,200 calories a day and didn’t update my workout program for 6 whole months. Tired of all of these things ultimately failing, I took matters into my own hands and learned everything I could about fitness and nutrition. I became a certified personal trainer at my college gym where I fell in love with helping to increase peoples’ confidence and improve their quality of life.

This leads me to now: my calling in life is to be for others what I needed at the most vulnerable times of my life. I've coached hundreds of clients in big box gyms, intimate studios, and group class settings, and now I get to empower clients all across the country to feel confident in themselves and at the gym.
